The Relief Blend is designed to help you achieve a feeling of mindfulness, presence, calm and support during moments of stress and anxiety.*
The main ingredient is Turmeric, the natural go-to for relief from discomfort, with its anti-inflammatory effects & rich antioxidant support*
The other ingredient is a mix of Red Mitra, a tropical evergreen tree in the coffee family, native to Southeast Asia. It is traditionally used as a herbal aid for its relieving and relaxing and soothing properties.*
The effect is a synergistic blend of
relief, relaxation and
restoration. Perfect for a day of
recovery to make you feel in excellent shape, physically.
DIRECTIONS OF USE (ADULT): Can be consumed as a tea, or added to a smoothie
To Prepare Relief Blend powder to Drink as a Tea:
- Boil desired cups of water in a teapot or kettle.
- Add one teaspoon per cup of water.
- Stir with a spoon or whisk. Enjoy!
